Working at ECI is about empowering families and showing them they are capable of helping their child reach milestones they never thought were possible to achieve. It’s about being there for support in a family’s time of need. The greatest reward about working at ECI is being a part of the intervention team that plays an integral role in helping children reach their potential in all areas of development.
