To make a referral to San Antonio/ Bexar County ECI programs call CHCS-ECI at (210) 261-3300.
For other programs in Texas call the HHS/ECI Office of the Ombudsman at 1-877-787-8999, select a language, and then option 3. To find an ECI program in your area, go to the ECI Program Search.
